“In May of 2019, the Chinese Communist Party issued a declaration of a ‘people’s war,’ to alert the Chinese people that they were going to be entering a phase against the United States where they would go with an unrestricted warfare strategy.” —Brian Kennedy
Population Research Institute president Steven Mosher and Committee on the Present Danger: China chairman Brian Kennedy joined Steve Bannon’s War Room on July 2 to explain how the US faces a pivotal moment now, similar to the lead-up to WWII, in which we may well be on the brink of world war—and how the Chinese Communist Party already officially declared war on the US.
Dr. Mosher noted that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its founder Mao Zedong killed 100 million people. Add to that the 400 million babies murdered by abortion or infanticide under the one-child policy, and the CCP killed 500 million people, or a half a billion people, making it easily the biggest mass murderer in history, with most of its victims being its own Chinese people. Unfortunately, the CCP is arguably also the most powerful empire ever. Mosher called the Chinese among the “most productive, enterprising people” in the world. Unfortunately, the CCP has an iron grip on its own people—and it wants to expand that tyranny. The CCP “is a war party, it has to be at war, either at home or abroad, at all periods of time,” Mosher stated.
Furthermore, Communist China has been steadily expanding its territory and influence around the world, taking over multiple other sovereign nations and peoples (many of whom were and are still being added to the CCP’s death toll), leaving no doubt as to the CCP’s tactics and intentions. Tibetans, Xinjiang’s Uyghurs, and the Mongols are among the CCP’s victims—as well as the CCP’s own people in Shanghai and other cities.
Below is Brian Kennedy’s shocking revelation (emphasis added):
“Today1 in the United States, we’re preparing for war again. I believe war has already come to our shores. In May of 2019, the Chinese Communist Party issued a declaration of a ‘people’s war,’ to alert the Chinese people that they were going to be entering a phase against the United States where they would go with an unrestricted warfare strategy against the United States.
Within six months, we saw the spread of Covid throughout the country, and then we saw in December violence. And we’re coming up. . .on the two-year anniversary of the Trump administration shutting down the Houston consulate of the Chinese government because the Chinese government in Houston, Texas, was sponsoring both espionage and political influence operations, including helping the BLM and Antifa riots in Houston, Texas.”
I reported last year on the CCP’s years-long bioweapons program, combining scientific research (including in Wuhan) with military efforts. Bannon noted that China’s infrastructure projects in other countries intensified around the time in 2019 the CCP notified the Chinese people they were at war.
Harking back to the Founding Fathers and the Declaration of Independence, and thus the origins of America, Bannon then declared that the US now faces, “the greatest crisis in the history of this Republic, a Republic that those gentlemen, that Revolutionary generation, bequeathed to us.” Kennedy agreed, using Abraham Lincoln’s term “iron men” for the Founders. Now, Kennedy said, America’s “political elites have forgotten what that Republic is all about.” Kennedy said it is essential that patriots band together today, as the Revolutionary Patriots banded together in the 1700s, recovering that revolutionary “spirit.”
Steve Mosher provided more details on the CCP crisis. Mosher’s words highlighted how Russia—as much awful destruction as it has caused in Ukraine, as dictatorial and powerful as it is—Russia is now the “junior partner” in the China-Russia partnership. If Vladimir Putin is this bad, Xi Jinping will be ten times worse.
“[Mosher] The Chinese Communist Party’s2 principle enemy has always been the United States of America. This was true in the 1930s and 40s; it was temporarily in abeyance in the late 1940s when Chairman Mao successfully convinced Communists in our own State Department and in the White House that he was nothing but an agrarian reformer who really wanted nothing but democracy. . .we allowed the Communists to come to power. . .
They played the same game against us in the 1980s and 90s when they pretended in many respects to be going our way, so they could get access to our science and our technology, and—and chiefly our financing and our consumer market to buy the cheap Chinese-made goods that are made by the equivalent of slave labor.
Now, of course, under the mis-rule of Xi Jinping, the Communist Party leader, we see the [CCP] returning to its roots. This was made clear in 2013, when Xi Jinping took power, because he published a 9-point central committee directive that said that the enemy of the Chinese Communist Party was the rule of law, the enemy was human rights, the enemy was freedom—the free market. . .[the CCP] has gotten much more vicious, much more aggressive.”
And there you have it. It is well to take dictators seriously when they say what their goals are. If Europe had taken Hitler and his Mein Kampf a little more seriously, perhaps the bloodshed of the WWII era would have been less devastating. What is particularly alarming is that the CCP certainly wants war with the US, and has openly threatened the US multiple times—but the feckless, Marxist fools in power in the US don’t seem to have any desire to win.

The murderous CCP must eventually become the author of its own demise. Whether it takes the West and the rest of the World down remains moot.
The latter are being brought down quite nicely from within, which seems a usual historical precedent for conquest.
