Talk about one of the worst excuses of the year. Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda outlet Global Times published a supposed explanation Feb. 3 from a CCP government spokesliar of the Chinese spy balloon caught floating over sensitive locations.
First, a quick explanation from PJ Media. “The Pentagon admitted on Thursday that the U.S. military has been monitoring what’s being described as a Chinese ‘surveillance balloon’ hovering in the skies over the United States for days.” Nothing to be scared of, right? I mean sure, the genocidal CCP told its people it was entering a war phase with the US back in 2019, but I’m sure the balloon is benign. “According to the Montana Free Press, ‘The Air Force at Malmstrom [Air Force Base] maintains 150 intercontinental ballistic missile silos across its 13,800-square-mile complex in central Montana.’” The Chinese also love to purchase land around US military bases, by the way. And of course the Chinese puppet Biden regime has not shot down the balloon yet (and the balloon should never have been allowed to cross borders to begin with).
From Global Times, Feb. 3:
”A spokesperson from the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Friday that the balloon was an airship from China but rejected the spy claim, saying that the civilian airship, used mainly for meteorological research purposes, deviated from its planned course after being affected by westerlies and due to its limited self-steering capability.
The Chinese side regrets the unintended entry of the airship into US airspace due to force majeure, and will continue communicating with the US side and properly handle this unexpected situation caused by force majeure, said the spokesperson.”
So the CCP, which was caught with police stations illicitly planted in at least two major American cities, and that had repeatedly attempted to steal sensitive U.S. military information, had a weather balloon that accidentally wafted over sensitive military areas in the U.S. What are the odds, right?
If your number one enemy, which habitually lies to its own people (let alone its adversaries), tells you something suspicious is completely above-board and you’re overreacting, assume he’s lying. Because he probably is.
I don’t know if it’s true but I’m told that a group of Chinese speaking commenters agree that the message on the side of the balloon, when translated, reads, “Epstein didn’t kill himself.”
