Pfizer's, Moderna's 'Future Framework' Would Allow Covid Vax Changes without Clinical Trials

Dr. Naomi Wolf, Steve Bannon, and Toby Rodgers recently highlighted a dangerous new plan Covid vaccine producers have to ensure that the vaccines can be changed without any clinical trials required.

The Covid-19 vaccines were already formulated in such a hurry that the end dates for the studies on safety and effectiveness were set for months or even years after the vaccines were rolled out (makes sense why the FDA says they underwent “the most intensive safety monitoring in U.S. history,” right?). But this lack of data, this lack of knowledge about what a vaccine will do to people—this attitude of treating the American people as lab rats—is about to get a whole lot worse. Brownstone Institute’s Toby Rogers, PhD explained what the “future framework” is on Steve Bannon’s War Room June 23 (emphasis added):¹

“So Pfizer and Moderna have a problem, and the problem is that their mRNA Covid-19 shots do not stop infection, they don’t stop transmission, they don’t stop hospitalization, they don’t stop death from coronavirus. And so everyone knows. . .that these shots need to be reformulated. Now, Pfizer and Moderna want to keep $50 billion worth of revenue coming in, and so they want to find a way to try to make these shots work. The problem is, if you change even a single molecule in these shots, well, we don’t know how that’s going to impact health outcomes. And so, any time you change these shots you necessarily need to do a new clinical trial.

Well, if you do a new clinical trial, it is entirely possible that the clinical trial will fail, or that when it goes through the regulatory review process, and people actually get a look at this terrible data, that these shots will be rejected. So Pfizer and Moderna, as enabled by the FDA, have come up with a scheme. The scheme is called the ‘Future Framework,’ and the idea is to skip clinical trials in perpetuity.

And what the FDA is proposing to do—and they’re going to vote on this [June 28]. . .the proposal is to say that any reformulated Covid-19 shots, are biologically similar to existing Covid-19 shots, and so therefore they can skip clinical trials altogether. So we won’t have any human data at all. Right now we have some data, it’s terrible, but it’s better than nothing. Going forward, as of June 29, if this goes through, we will have no data at all.”

Just think of how devastating the Covid-19 vaccines have already been while required to do some modicum of clinical trials. 500,000+ Americans dead, a million or more injured, thousands of children vaccine injured. . .and now Moderna and Pfizer want the ability to change the ingredients in Covid vaccines with impunity and inject them into young children and adults alike without ever doing trials first. How is this anything but a scheme to get rich by murdering the American people?

Bannon noted that from the beginning, the Covid-19 vaccines were essentially using Americans for a clinical trial—“a clinical trial that failed.” Dr. Naomi Wolf agreed, “People were told this is a trial, people were told that the clinical trials don’t end, you know, for another two years, but that was in the fine print, and it was drowned out by ‘safe and effective.’” Dr. Wolf then noted that the disproportionate number of vaccine injuries reported from the Pfizer vaccine were from the US, according to the FDA’s own documentation.

Dr. Wolf also discussed a Chinese 2021 study where the mRNA vaccine was injected into the muscle and bloodstreams of mice, and that of those with injections into the bloodstream, 34% developed large hearts with large, visible white patches, as well as other organ diseases. Those injected in the muscle (how the Covid vaccines are supposed to be administered) did develop the problems too, though not quite as badly as the other mice. The US CDC and NIH changed their guidance so as to inject into the bloodstream and did not follow the study’s advice on how to inject the vaccines to ensure less damage, Dr. Wolf said. “So to me, this—this study is basically like, how do you kill people?” Dr. Wolf summed it up.

Those who pushed and continue to push the Covid vaccines know how much damage they cause. But perhaps that’s all part of the plan?
