Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has refused to accept her bogus “defeat” in the 2022 election. Lake went into the election with a massive 11-point lead over Democrat Katie Hobbs, 84% of surveyed Maricopa County poll workers and volunteer attorneys were “not at all confident” about the outcomes of the election, machine malfunctions were shockingly widespread in AZ’s Maricopa County on Election Day 2022, and 298,000 Maricopa County early votes didn’t have proper chain of custody. Furthermore, ballots were deliberately printed shorter than the paper on Election Day, when most Lake voters turned out, meaning the ballots couldn’t be read by machines; and a county that was reluctant to certify the election with all the irregularities and accusations of fraud was threatened by then-Secretary of State Hobbs (yes, the same one who was declared the gubernatorial winner) into certifying.
In light of that and other evidence (including the simple fact it took over a week to “count” the AZ election results, while more populous Florida did it almost entirely in one night), Lake has continued to fight for election integrity and refused to recognize Katie Hobbs as AZ Governor. So now Lake is being recommended for potential class six felony charges. Because stealing an election is totally fine, but tweeting public information isn’t, apparently.
Lake went on Steve Bannon’s War Room January 31 to explain how she did not commit a felony:
“Secretary of State Adrian Fontes,1 who was a cartel lawyer, and obviously he’s been covering cartel law, not constitutional law, because he is suggesting that Kris Mayes, the newly ‘selected’ AG, criminally prosecute me on felony charges for putting out information on Twitter, they say, that breaks the law. It was the signature verification stuff. . .they say because I put it out on the internet it broke the law. This was information that was released about a week ago, and as public evidence in a[n] Arizona Senate hearing on election fraud.
And this information was made public through the Arizona Senate, we put the information out, you just saw us put it out again; this information, by the way, was shared through the Arizona Senate. . .it was streamed live across the world. He wants Kris Mayes, the AG, to criminally prosecute me for telling people about the exorbitant levels of fraud in our election. . .they just don’t want us talking about the election theft.”
Of course not, because the Democrats stole the election to take power—most particularly Arizona “Governor” Katie Hobbs. The signatures made public by the Arizona Senate were not from 2022, by the way, they were from 2020, which is a whole separate morass of fraud. Lake noted how interesting it was that Fontes was going after her, too:
“They’re going to try to go after me for telling people about these bogus signatures, hundreds of thousands of them. And it’s interesting that Adrian Fontes would be the one suggesting this, because the bogus signatures that were shown as evidence in this Arizona Senate hearing came from 2020, when he was in charge of the Maricopa County stolen election [as county recorder]. . .So he’s worried about his handiwork getting out there into the public.”
Ultimately, Lake was happy about one thing—she said by referring her for felony charges, the Democrats ensured the information on the signature verification would go viral. She added that the Arizona Senate hearings uncovered key information too, such as over 10,000 votes that were never counted from Election Day (Election Day was heavily Republican-leaning, coincidentally). “These are absolutely fraudulent signatures that got counted as legal votes, and they’re not,” Lake added, returning to the signature verification issue. “Mail-in ballots are fraught with fraud. . .They’re afraid.”
As Lake said, Democrats are trying to weaponize government to protect their own fraud. “The consultants here in town just got some new polling and it shows I’m the most popular Republican in the entire state,” she said. “They know that, and they’re all freaked out about it.” Lake also just held a packed rally in Scottsdale, with four times the venue’s capacity reportedly trying to get in. “We’re not backing down one inch on this. We’re taking it all the way to the Supreme Court, because we have the evidence and we have the law on our side,” she told Bannon.
As Lake mentioned above, Democrat AZ Secretary of State Fontes was once a cartel lawyer. What does that mean? Back in 2018, when Fontes was still Maricopa county recorder, Breitbart reported that Fontes previously was “the defense attorney for an accused Mexican cartel gun straw purchaser.”
“Maricopa County recorder Adrian Fontes defended Manuel Celis-Acosta in 2011 after an arrest for involvement in the Fast and Furious government gun-running scandal. ‘Before he was elected in 2016 as Maricopa County recorder, Adrian Fontes was an attorney representing clients in narco-terrorism and firearms scandals,’ Fox News reported. Celis-Acosta reportedly transferred thousands of guns to the Sinaloa Cartel. This included the firearm used to kill Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. . .That same year [he defended Celis-Acosta], he defended Emilia Palomina-Robles, who was charged for participation in attempting to ‘purchase a Stinger missile and other military weapons for a Mexican drug cartel,’ according to the report.”
As Border Patrol Council VP Art del Cueto noted in September, migrants who are once involved with the cartels often do not break out of the criminal cycle or cartel control. Why should it be different for lawyers? Lawyers who defend mobsters are often irrevocably tied to those mafia criminals, even if they no longer officially work for them. Cartels are essentially criminal mobs too. Lake seems to think so, because she said cartels have taken over Arizona’s government just as they took over Arizona’s border. Cartels certainly wouldn’t want a border security hardliner like Kari Lake in office as AZ Governor.
In any case, even if Fontes has had no dealings whatsoever with cartels since 2011, he has proven that he values money and power over principles. And the accusations against him of voter fraud from 2018 and 2020 indicate that he just transferred his dishonesty to elections.
Kari Lake likely didn’t commit a felony, but the Democrats who stole the election certainly did.

"You knew you were guilty the first time you claimed an innocent man guilty" the American judge said to the German Judge in the movie Judgement at Nuremberg. Any judge in this country who sanctions attorneys and other person for challenging the integrity of the 2020 or any other election is guilty of co-conspiracy with the 'demonrats' of election fraud. Under the the Constitution of the United States it not only is our right but our duty to legally challenge election when sufficient evidence comes forward regarding the legitimacy of an election.
I know a lot of leftists will attempt to ridicule or deny my above statement. Trust me it will say more about you than me.
