Journalist Who Videoed Capitol Police Pushing Man Off Ledge Convicted

An independent journalist who caught a police officer on video on Jan. 6 pushing a man off a ledge was just convicted on four counts, even though he only went to the Capitol to document the event. In Biden’s America, recording events accurately is now a crime.

Stephen Horn, the independent journalist, posted the video on X (Twitter) with the explanation, “On January 6th, Derrick Vargo was severely injured when he was pushed off a ledge on the West side of the Capitol. Vargo was carried off the scene unresponsive.” The guilty officer was Bryant Williams. You can watch Williams deliberately push Vargo off the edge down to the ground below.

Jan. 6 was a set-up to destroy Donald Trump and MAGA (it was recently revealed that the FBI had so many paid plants in the crowd on Jan. 6 it lost count). Since then, innocent Jan. 6 prisoners have been imprisoned, tortured, and denied both their rights and basic necessities in jail.

“I did not enter the [C]apitol building as part of the protest, or for cheap thrills, but to accurately document and record a significant event which was taking place,” Horn insisted. But that’s not acceptable in the banana republic that used to be America.

Horn was found guilty of “entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, violent entry and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.”

“Independent journalist Stephen Horn, who videotaped a man being thrown off a ledge by police at the Capital on January 6, was convicted this week by another punitive leftist DC jury…Although Horn maintains he was at the Capital to document an historic occasion, he was charged by prosecutors with four misdemeanors and was accused of ‘storming’ Nancy Pelosi’s office and joining the mob in at least one ‘USA’ chant.”

OH GOOD HEAVENS NOT THE “USA” CHANT. Such horrific violence. Now if only Horn had been chanting “All Cops Are Bastards,” Kamala Harris would be paying his bail.

Of course, Horn is hardly the only victim of the current weaponized “justice” system. Proud Boys were found guilty of “seditious conspiracy” after the FBI planted evidence (the FBI has also been accused of destroying evidence for the Proud Boys’ case). Another man, Jeremy Brown, was convicted after he became a whistleblower on the feds trying to recruit him pre-Jan. 6. The feds ultimately planted evidence and arrested Brown, refusing to let him use key evidence in his trial. Peaceful Oath Keeper Stewart Rhodes, who never entered the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for “seditious conspiracy.”

Only the innocent are convicted in Joe Biden’s America.
