Genocidal CCP Regime Celebrates Its Birthday - In Tiananmen Square
Exclusive: Chinese Communist Party (CCP) state propaganda outlet Global Times celebrated the regime’s “National Day” event—which, horrifically, took place in Tiananmen Square.
For those of you who don’t know already what happened in 1989 in Tiananmen Square:
“Chinese troops storm through Tiananmen Square in the center of Beijing, killing and arresting thousands of pro-democracy protesters. The brutal Chinese government assault on the protesters shocked the West and brought denunciations and sanctions from the United States.
In May 1989, nearly a million Chinese, mostly young students, crowded into central Beijing to protest for greater democracy and call for the resignations of Chinese Communist Party leaders deemed too repressive. For nearly three weeks, the protesters kept up daily vigils, and marched and chanted. Western reporters captured much of the drama for television and newspaper audiences in the United States and Europe.
On June 4, 1989, however, Chinese troops and security police stormed through Tiananmen Square, firing indiscriminately into the crowds of protesters. Turmoil ensued, as tens of thousands of the young students tried to escape the rampaging Chinese forces. Other protesters fought back, stoning the attacking troops and overturning and setting fire to military vehicles. Reporters and Western diplomats on the scene estimated that at least 300, and perhaps thousands, of the protesters had been killed and as many as 10,000 were arrested.”
The CCP is the greatest mass murderer of all time, responsible for some 500 million deaths. Its regime’s birthday is not cause for celebration.
“[Global Times, Oct. 1] Chinese are celebrating the 73rd birthday of the People's Republic of China on Saturday, which is also the first day of the week-long National Day holidays, with more than 200 thousand people gathering at Tian'anmen Square in Beijing for the national flag-raising ceremony beaming with excitement and pride.”
Tiananmen Square is the ultimate symbol of CCP crimes. The fact that Global Times is boasting about the CCP celebration in the square is a deliberate spitting upon the graves of those murdered there.
“Analysts said the stability, safety and certainty of China has provided the people an ideal environment to enjoy the holidays, and it also presents an ideal atmosphere with great patriotism for the upcoming significant 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. . .
On the first day of every month, the flag-raising ceremony will be specially conducted by the PLA Honor Guard Battalion and the PLA military band, so Saturday's ceremony, which was held on October 1, also the first day of National Day holidays, is probably one of the most anticipated flag-raising ceremonies throughout the year.”
The PLA, or People’s Liberation Army, were key in enacting the horrendous slaughter at Tiananmen. The PLA is the CCP’s instrument of genocide and mass murder. They are also the enforcers of CCP tyranny in areas like Hong Kong, which has been suffering from CCP crackdowns.
“China's national flags and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's (HKSAR) flags were hung across the streets in Hong Kong. The PLA garrison in Hong Kong held a flag-raising ceremony on Saturday morning to mark the National Day.”
There were also world leaders eager to congratulate the greatest mass murderer of all time on its holiday.
“UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres sent his congratulations to the Chinese people on National Day, with best wishes to the country and the people of China.”
Guterres has a history of sickening pandering to the CCP, including praising the CCP’s “great achievements.” I guess he means murdering more people than any other regime in history? Orchestrating harsh persecutions against Chinese Catholics? Committing ethnic-based genocide?
“Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said in his congratulatory message to China that ‘I believe, with the guidance of China’s leadership and the efforts of Chinese people, China will achieve its development goals soon, and via cooperation with other nations, China will definitely have new achievements.’”
The Iranian regime is a major state sponsor of terrorism, and Raisi himself is being sued for “torture and other human rights crimes.”
“US State Secretary Antony Blinken said in a press statement released on Friday that ‘On the occasion of the 73rd People's Republic of China National Day, I offer my congratulations to the people of China on behalf of the United States of America.’”
The Marxists must stick together!
The CCP is celebrating its tyrannical regime in a square stained by the blood of its own people whom it murdered.
