CCP Could Kill Half of US Economy in One Move - With Taliban's Help
“The biggest threat is if [the CCP] flex up and do something in Taiwan, then that literally shuts down about half of the US economy.” –Erik Prince
“Geostrategically, there’s a huge issue here [with Afghanistan] about rare earths,” Steve Bannon said on his War Room show Aug. 27. I reported back in July 2021, weeks before the Taliban takeover of all Afghanistan and the disastrous American withdrawal (leaving thousands of Americans and allies behind), on how the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Foreign Ministry was meeting amicably with a representative from the terrorist Taliban. I warned, “The murderous CCP and the terrorist Taliban have joined forces.” Well, as it turns out, being allies with the Taliban has proven lucrative for the CCP, because of how rich Afghanistan is in rare earths, which are essential for “the global economy,” as Bannon said. China processes most rare earths already, and in combination with Afghanistan this monopoly is a sobering prospect, as Frontier Resource Group’s Erik Prince explained on Bannon’s show.1
“The electronic device that you’re watching this podcast on requires rare earths. So your cellphone, your TV, computers, your—the chips in your car, all of that requires rare earths, which don’t come from all over the world,” Prince stated. “There’s a trillion dollars of value in the ground in Afghanistan, now abandoned to the Taliban and the Chinese Communist Party.” War Room showed a headline from ZeroHedge saying, “US ‘Heavily Dependent’ On China For Rare Earth Elements: Experts.” No issues there, right? It’s not as if the genocidal CCP has been threatening the US repeatedly. . .
“[Prince:] So China has made a strategic focus to dominate that piece of the trade, they’re focusing on electrical vehicles [which Elon Musk, the Biden administration, and World Economic Forum are all pushing] because they can’t compete in internal combustion engines. And they control about 90% of the world’s processing [rare earths]. Even the one producing rare earth mine in the United States, in Mountain Pass, California, all of the offtake goes to China.
This is a simple, solvable problem for the United States. You could create a mineral processing free zone. . .create a space for industry, to put facilities there. It’s a $10 billion problem that would kneecap the CCP from having that—that dominance in that space. . .they’ve used it, even threatened Japan with it in a dispute over some islands a few years ago, China cut off all the minerals to the entire Japanese electronics industry.”
Bannon asked how vulnerable the US economy is now that the CCP and the Taliban are controlling Afghanistan. Prince responded, “The biggest threat is if they flex up and do something in Taiwan, then that literally shuts down about half of the US economy. You’re not going to make a car, you’re not going to make a machine, anything that requires anything computing is not really made in America anymore. . .we’re most exposed in Taiwan.” And the CCP has been gearing up to take Taiwan, claiming the free, sovereign nation as their own.
Prince emphasized that losing Afghanistan to the Taliban and CCP is the “height of irresponsibility.” But perhaps for Chinese puppet and globalist Joe Biden that was the whole point?
