Bannon Ally and CCP Foe Miles Guo Arrested on FBI Charges

Chinese exile and billionaire Miles Guo (also called Ho Wan Kwok and Guo Wengui) was just arrested in New York as the FBI and the a New York US attorney (and the DOJ) are accusing him in a twelve-count Indictment. While it is of course possible that he has engaged in serious fraudulent or illegal activity (sometimes those with good goals end up being corrupt), it seems significant to me that the accusers are the completely corrupt FBI, which has spent decades lying to the American people and taking out individuals to whom it objects (like JFK, traditional Catholics, pro-life activists, and Donald Trump and his allies), and a U.S. attorney in the almost equally corrupt state of New York. Not to mention the fact that New York has an illicit Chinese Communist Party (CCP) police station, and Miles Guo has made it his avowed goal to “take down the CCP.” The CCP police stations around the world are for the purpose of targeting and harassing Chinese who escape Communist China, and the stations are reportedly highly successful at taking out Chinese who try to flee and speak out against the CCP.

It is also key that the leftist media is already using the arrest to target Steve Bannon, who has long been a thorn in the side of Democrats and RINO institutionalists. Bannon and Guo co-founded the New Federal State of China (NFSC) with the aim of taking down the CCP.

The (misnamed) Biden Justice Department (DOJ) is also involved in Guo’s arrest, of course. You know, the DOJ that oversaw the arrest of over 950 Americans in connection to the set-up of Jan. 6, and that has ignored the horrific abuse (both physical and psychological) of Jan. 6 prisoners, many of whom were being imprisoned and denied their rights and basic necessities without trial, let alone conviction.

And ever more evidence shows the Biden family received millions of dollars in payouts from a Chinese company—not to mention the millions the CCP reportedly funneled to the University of Pennsylvania, at whose Biden Center Joe Biden illicitly stashed classified documents.

Former Trump adviser and intelligence officer Anthony Shaffer recently told Guo’s NFSC that the CCP has infiltrated America, including that “Some Chinese restaurants across the nation are actually intelligence collection points for the Chinese intelligence service”. Shaffer added, “Most importantly, institutions of the United States government, to include the White House, Hunter Biden, [and] Joe Biden, were paid millions of dollars to essentially defer to China. I think that’s why we have such weak responses from the Biden White House, because they’ve been bought. I’m just saying it.”

That’s a lot of essential context to keep in mind as you read a few excerpts from the DOJ March 15 press release:

“Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Michael J. Driscoll, Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), announced the unsealing of a twelve-count Indictment charging HO WAN KWOK, a/k/a “Miles Guo,” a/k/a “Miles Kwok,” a/k/a “Guo Wengui,” a/k/a “Brother Seven,” a/k/a “The Principal,” and KIN MING JE, a/k/a “William Je,” with various wire fraud, securities fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering charges…

As alleged, KWOK and JE misappropriated hundreds of millions of dollars in fraudulently obtained funds during the course of their conspiracy.  KWOK was arrested this morning in New York, New York, and will be presented this afternoon.  JE is currently at large. 

In addition, Mr. Williams announced that between September 2022 and March 2023, the U.S. Government seized approximately $634 million from 21 different bank accounts.  The $634 million constitutes proceeds of KWOK’s alleged fraud, which the Government will seek to forfeit.  Today, law enforcement also seized assets that were purchased with proceeds of KWOK’s alleged fraud, including a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roads…

The allegations in the Indictment are merely accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.“

So the U.S. government is apparently bankrupting Guo, who funds efforts to undermine the CCP, which has infiltrated the U.S. government. Not to mention the federal government is bailing out uber-rich depositors of corrupt and dishonest banks while it’s targeting Guo…

CNBC had this brilliantly biased summary:

• “Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui was arrested in New York for orchestrating what the Department of Justice called a more than $1 billion fraud conspiracy

• Guo, also known as Miles Kwok, is an associate of former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon.

• The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a related civil complain against Guo and his co-defendant in the criminal case, William Je, a financial advisor.

• Bannon, while working with Giuliani, had ‘arranged for Guo and his followers to spread salacious videos and pictures from’ a laptop owned by Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, a magazine has reported.”

Notice that you are not supposed to be concerned that the president’s son had disturbing porn on his laptop. You are supposed to be concerned that Bannon et al. let the public know what kind of person the president’s (or at that time, presidential candidate’s) son was. Don’t forget that censorship of the Hunter Biden scandals helped steal the election for illegitimate “President” Joe Biden, and that Joe Biden is compromised by China.

We don’t know if Miles Guo is guilty as charged. We do know that the people charging him are corrupt, and that there are a whole lot of suspicious circumstances here. And I suspect almost no journalist or media outlet is going to cover them.
