WWII Vet Weeps: What ‘We Fought’ & ‘Died For’ Is Going Down - New Heroes Needed
This video will bring tears to every true American’s eyes. “I’ve had a good life,” said a 100-year-old World War II veteran, U.S. Marine Carl Spurlin Dekel, in a Fox 13 clip. He went about telling everyone that the world is beautiful. But “Nowadays I am so upset that the things we did, the things we fought for, and the boys that died for, it’s all gone down the drain. Our country’s going to hell in a handbasket,” he said, weeping. New heroes are needed.
Fox reported last year on Dekel’s comments. “Dekel says serving his country in WWII was the most important thing he ever did, according to Fox 13. The veteran and Silver Star holder says he wouldn't hesitate to put his life on the line again, but regrets that the U.S. has slipped away from what he remembers,” Fox explained the former Marine’s sentiments. “We haven’t got the country we had when I was raised, not at all,” Dekel said. “Nobody will have the fun I had. Nobody will have the opportunity I had. It’s just not the same and that’s not what our boys, that’s not what they died for.”
As the veteran said, the problem is that people don’t appreciate what they have, and they “haven’t got the guts” the WWII generation did. If only Americans could realize that the danger we face in the future, if we don’t stand against tyranny now, is so much greater than the discomfort and danger involved in championing liberty in the present!
They were the Greatest Generation, but we have need to follow in their footsteps if Communism and Fascism are not to win the fight against America after all. We must put aside fear as they did and be willing to face danger in our fight for the US. Marines like Dekel, and all the other military heroes of WWII, didn’t let any obstacle, danger, injury, or threat stop them. Surely there is a spark of that heroism left in the souls of Americans? Surely Dekel and his fellow soldiers, sailors, and Marines did not fight in vain? Isn’t the survival of this great nation still worth fighting and dying for?

I completely agree with Carl Dekel. These empty headed greedy blood thirsty politicians completely take the American people and their country for granted. We all now know that the true terrorist organizations that are a clear and present danger to America are the WEF, WHO and the globalists who are investing in the take down of America and what we used to stand for. To top it off we literally have a treasonous corrupt criminal administration in he White House. It also is pretty apparent that our Supreme Court has been compromised by blackmail. There is also only a handful of Senators and Representatives that have any moral fiber at all. America is the laughing stock of the world now. They should all be so proud.
