Unarmed, Peaceful Oath Keeper Gets 18 Yrs Jail, & Man Gets 4.5 Yrs After Sitting at Pelosi’s Desk

In the the latest gross miscarriage of justice in Joe Biden’s America, two Jan. 6 protesters have received outrageous prison sentences, even though neither committed violence and the man sentenced to 18 years wasn’t even armed.

Gateway Pundit tweeted May 25, “Stuart Rhodes stood outside the US Capitol on Jan 6, brought no weapons, ordered Oath Keepers to leave their weapons in hotel outside of DC, committed no violence, and did not organize a single event that day --Gets 18 YEARS and a Lecture from Wicked Judge Mehta.” How have we come to this point in America?

Then there’s Richard Barnett. An image of Barnett with his feet up on then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) desk went viral after Jan. 6. According to the Department of Justice—you know, the same DOJ that has been ignoring and covering for Hunter Biden’s years of criminality—said Barnett was convicted of “obstruction of an official proceeding, interfering with a police officer during a civil disorder, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous or deadly weapon, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon, all of which are felonies.  He was also found guilty of entering and remaining in certain rooms in a capitol building, disorderly conduct in a capitol building, theft of government property, parading or demonstrating in a capitol building.”

What all that means is that Barnett entered the Capitol (the people’s House), sat at the desk of the evil Nancy Pelosi, was carrying a walking stick that doubles as a stun gun (which he did not use on anyone), and allegedly “threatened” to call in more people to push through a line of officers so he could get his flag. Meanwhile Democrats release murderers, rapists, assaulters, and other criminals onto the streets on a daily basis. Not to mention all the Democrat traitors, from the Bidens to Gen. Milley to Dr. Fauci, who will still face no consequences.

As I wrote for PJ Media, “Incidentally, have the Capitol police officers who brutally murdered the unarmed and peaceful Jan. 6 protestors Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland faced any consequences? Do you remember the DOJ or the media caring when Black Lives Matter and Antifa protestors killed or beat police officers and locals to bloody pulps in 2020? Or have you heard of the government decrying the transgender radicals holding ‘transurrections’ in multiple state Capitols across the country? Yeah, me neither.”

Indeed, the Jan. 6 prisoners have been treated worse than terrorists, denied not only rights but basic necessities. Anyone still wondering if the DOJ is objective or not?

Barnett and Rhodes aren’t going to jail because they’re criminals. They’re going to jail because they voted for Donald Trump and not Joe Biden.
