Texas Going Blue? New Law Could Allow Dems to Steal Control of Texas
Texas turning blue—potentially by this November? To some, this might seem a wildly improbable state of affairs. If a change to Texas law stands, however, the Democrats may be able to cheat their way to control of Texas with impunity as soon as the 2022 election. Texas Attorney General (AG) Ken Paxton explained to Brannon Howse on Lindell TV:
“In 1951, the Texas legislature, pursuant of the constitution of—of Texas, granted the attorney general’s office the ability to prosecute voter fraud—probably because local DAs [district attorneys] were not doing it. . .[about 500 instances being investigated right now] For some reason, the court of criminal appeals, which is a—we have a dual system in Texas, they are the ones that deal with criminal matters, the Texas supreme court deals with civil matters—they overruled that ’51, 1951 [ruling] stopping me now, and any future attorney general, from prosecuting voter fraud, which means that local DAs. . .who have been put in place by George Soros, will put us in a position where we will no longer prosecute voter fraud, and I think it will not take long for us to lose the state, potentially by this November.”
Don’t underestimate the Democrat Party. They managed to steal an entire presidential election, an election that was not even close for their candidate—who now meanders around the White House, a thoroughly illegitimate president. Leftist, Marxist billionaire George Soros bought many local DAs long ago. Such DAs would refuse to investigate even glaring election fraud. If this change to Texas law stands, one of the last strong outposts of Republican power could go blue in the blink of an eye.
