Tell Your Senators Ketanji Brown Jackson Cannot Be Confirmed to SCOTUS

As Democrats “race to confirm” radical leftist Ketanji Brown Jackson to the US Supreme Court, I want to encourage everyone to contact his senators and say Jackson must not be confirmed—her record of leniency toward child pornographers alone should disqualify her.

Steve Bannon’s War Room last Wednesday highlighted some disturbing facts about Judge Jackson. In one clip, Sen. Hawley (R-MO) was asking Jackson about a particularly egregious instance of her seemingly favoring the sexual victimizer over the victims. Ketanji Brown Jackson called the pervert’s victims his “peers,” told him “There’s no reason to think that you are a pedophile,” gave him the very low sentence of three months, and actually apologized to him, according to Hawley. Hawley quoted from what Jackson had said to the criminal,

“This is a truly difficult situation. I appreciate that your family’s in the audience, I feel so sorry for them—and for you, and for the anguish this has caused all of you. I feel terrible about the collateral consequences of this conviction. . .sex offenders are truly shunned in our society.”

She felt “terrible” for the sexual pervert, mourned the criminal’s “anguish,” and actually was concerned that sex offenders are “shunned”? Hawley stated that the sexual crimes the man had committed were “heinous,” yet Judge Jackson’s sympathy (in true Democrat style) seems to have been all for the victimizer. This wasn’t the only time that Jackson behaved so abominably, either—Jon Schweppe of the American Principles Project explained that Jackson’s record was “absolutely terrible” in terms of letting sex offenders, including child pornographers, off with shockingly light sentences. “They want to see less time time for pedophiles,” Schweppe said of Jackson and other criminal justice so-called “reformers.” Jon Schweppe also emphasized that Ketanji Brown Jackson is an all-around woke radical; for instance, she has a history of favoring extreme critical race theory.

Mike Davis, President of Article III Project, who was key in publicizing the corruption and radical beliefs of Jackson (including her advocacy that reportedly led to the release of hundreds of GITMO terrorists), said the Democrats were hiding Judge Jackson’s record on advocating for a “more lenient punishment for people who possess and distribute child pornography.” He continued:

“For 25 years, she has advocated for less punishment for sex predators of kids. . .she got caught giving—handing out light sentences significantly below the sentencing guidelines, significantly below the prosecutor’s recommendations. . .and so now she’s trying to blame the probation office. . .But even if you look at what the probation office is recommending, in one of these cases where the defendant faced up to 120 months in prison, and she sentenced the guy to only three months, even the [D.C.] probation office recommended 18 months.”

So Judge Jackson can’t define what a woman is, but she can mourn the “shunning” of sex offenders. This woman should never be allowed to serve on the US Supreme Court.
