One of the most widely used as well as one of the most infamous of the dangerous Covid-19 vaccines is the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. German company BioNTech’s “Combined Management Report for the 2021 Financial Year,” however, reveals that Pfizer wasn’t BioNTech’s only major partner in the Covid-19 vaccine program—a Chinese company was the second partner.
Companies in China are all subject to the direct oversight and even in some cases (see ByteDance) the partial ownership of the genocidal Chinese Communist Party (CCP). And the CCP also obviously has at least some control over non-Chinese companies that operate branches in China. Which raises big questions about how compromised the private (including medical) data of recipients of the Pfizer-BioNTech shot is, considering that BioNTech both has a Chinese branch of its own and a partnership with a Chinese company.
“Under our COVID-19 vaccine program, we have entered into two strategic collaborations with major pharmaceutical companies, Pfizer Inc. of New York, United States, or Pfizer, and Fosun Pharmaceutical Industrial Development Co. Ltd. of Shanghai, China, or Fosun Pharma, which we continued to advance during the 2021 financial year. In selected cases, collaboration agreements are entered into with third parties for joint product development and joint product commercialization opportunities. This is an approach that may be applied to additional product candidates in the future. . .
BioNTech SE is the parent company of the BioNTech Group and is responsible for the management and development of the Group. BioNTech SE has its registered office in Mainz, Germany (An der Goldgrube 12, 55131 Mainz). In addition, as of the end of the 2021 financial year, the BioNTech Group included 27 group companies at six different locations in Germany, one location each in Austria, China, Singapore, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States. . .In July 2021, BioNTech (Shanghai) Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Shanghai, China, was founded and is a wholly owned subsidiary of BioNTech Pharmaceuticals Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned consolidated subsidiary of BioNTech SE. . .
Based on Pfizer’s and Fosun Pharma’s COVID-19 vaccine sales in the collaborator territories, we are entitled to a share of the respective gross profit on sales. . .Revenues increased by €14,571.0 million, from €362.8 million during the 2020 financial year to €14,933.8 million during the 2021 financial year. Commercial revenues increased due to high demand for our COVID-19 vaccine and are largely attributable to revenues recognition under the two collaboration agreements with Pfizer and Fosun Pharma, to which BioNTech SE is a party.”
It would seem almost certain that BioNTech shares private data with its Shanghai branch, and possibly even with Fosun Pharma. In any case, this seems to demand an investigation into exactly what BioNTech’s Shanghai branch and its partnership with Fosun constitute.
BioNTech isn’t the only Covid vaccine producer to have questionable China ties, though. I previously exclusively reported for my Rogue Review column that Johnson & Johnson, producer of the Covid-19 vaccine very early discovered to be dangerous and even (in some cases) deadly, has a branch in China—and its J&J China chair positively spun China’s pandemic handling in 2021. “Because China was the first into the pandemic, first out of the pandemic and the first to recover, company leaders are reviewing our business recovery models and pandemic control efforts,” J&J China chair Will Song said.
Back in the BioNTech document, there is another really interesting part. The Chinese company (remember, all Chinese companies are answerable to the CCP) owns marketing rights for the Covid vaccine:
“Pfizer holds marketing and distribution rights worldwide, except in Germany, China and Turkey. We hold the marketing and distribution rights in Germany and Turkey. Fosun Pharma has marketing and distribution rights in mainland China, Hong Kong special administrative region, or SAR, Macau SAR and the region of Taiwan.”
There’s nothing like partnering with a murderous, tyrannical regime to produce a dangerous and even deadly vaccine.
Yes, the CCP connection is in all likelihood quite well established, for example: SINOPEG provides high quality poly(ethylene glycol) derivatives. SINOPEG – high quality PEG manufacturer, with FDA approval. https://www.sinopeg.com/
