PLEASE DO: Trump Threatens Federal Funding Cutoff to Blue States
With our country $36.79 trillion in debt and the cost to taxpayers of illegal migration at least $150 billion annually, the last thing that either federal or state governments can afford to do is continue to give illegal aliens lavish benefits. Donald Trump’s administration is now threatening to cut federal funding off to states that give illegals unemployment insurance, and we can only hope he will follow through.
Trump’s Labor Secretary Chavez-DeRemer, on behalf of the Trump administration, warned “all 50 governors that if they continue to reward illegal immigration by treating unemployment benefits as a handout, they are going to lose their federal funding.”
Unemployment benefits from the federal government are socialistic and unconstitutional anyway, but in any case they certainly should not be going to illegal aliens. It is long past time to cut federal funding off from states where officials violate our laws and endanger our citizens in pursuit of their destructive woke ideology.
