No, MTG Didn’t Say ‘the Jews’ Control the Weather

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is being accused of anti-Semitism, the claim being that she accused “the Jews” of manipulating the weather to worsen Hurricane Helene. Except that MTG never said any such thing. Here are the facts.

In an Oct. 3 tweet, Greene asserted, “Yes they can control the weather. It’s ridiculous for anyone to lie and say it can’t be done.” She never mentioned Jews and was referring to Geoengineering, a scientist-government effort to manipulate weather, an effort that has been reported on by numerous mainstream sources, including CBS (which highlighted using lasers to control rain) and Fox News, and pushed by the likes of Bill Gates and George Soros.
