Newsom Signs CA Law Requiring Foster Parents to Support LGBTQ ‘Identity’

The People’s Republic of California is once again enforcing its anti-science LGBTQ agenda on children and parents.

The Gateway Pundit reported Sept. 25 on Newsom signing two laws, one requiring “gender-neutral” bathrooms in K-12 schools and another requiring California foster parents to affirm a child’s supposed LGBTQ “identity.” The latter would essentially preclude traditional Christians, Jews, and other religious groups or political affiliations from being foster parents in California. Oregon, which has a similar law for adoptive parents, refused to allow a Christian mother to adopt in the state because she said she could not affirm LGBTQ ideology at the expense of her faith.

The bill, SB 407, directs the Department of Social Services to amend the foster care vetting process to deny a family the right to foster children based on their beliefs about gender theory.”

It seems California is willing to allow homosexual groomers to foster children, but not devout religious citizens. How is this constitutional? Doesn’t it violate freedom of religion, since it discriminates based on an ideology that explicitly contradicts multiple religions’ tenets (including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam)?

California is also ignoring the fact that the majority of LGBTQ youth report hopelessness or sadness, and that detransitioners (transgenders who return to living as their biological sex) state that they were told gender “transition” surgeries or puberty blockers would improve their mental health; instead, the surgeries or “treatments” exacerbated the nightmare. One male detransitioner recently explained how being on estrogen wrecked his mental health, making him suicidal (watch here).

“California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed a law requiring all schools in the state to provide gender-neutral bathrooms…‘The bill, which explicitly requires an additional gender-neutral option, was inspired by an attempt by Chino Valley Unified to restrict transgender students’ access to certain bathrooms and sports facilities,’ the Los Angeles Times reports. ‘The law is part of a package of bills aiming to protect LGBTQ+ youths and comes amid proliferating culture wars in districts with conservative-controlled school boards, whose focus has become ‘parental rights’ and student gender identity.’

The 2021 Chino Valley district resolution, which would have required students to use the bathroom matching their biological sex, did not pass after State Supt. of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond warned them that it was ‘unlawful’…the unsuccessful attempt to protect the privacy of female students inspired the law that Newsom signed over the weekend.”

This law is simply masking a severe problem, ignoring women’s rights to provide more options for “transgenders.” There have been multiple cases of transgenders harassing or sexually assaulting girls and women in restroom facilities. In 2017, Christian Post reported that transgender bathroom policies had led to 21 assaults or privacy violations on women. Back in 2016, The Daily Wire highlighted 5 times times “transgender” biological males abused women and children in restrooms.

Even more relevantly, since Newsom’s policy is specifically for schools, Washington Examiner reported this June on a 12-year-old girl who was raped by a “transgender” classmate in her New Mexico school bathroom in 2021. Last December, Fox News reported on a “transgender” charged with assault of two girls in their high school bathroom. Loudoun County, VA, infamously covered up a sexual assault by a “gender fluid” boy in a school girls’ bathroom. Wokies ignore such cases when demanding bathroom “rights” for transgenders (as if anyone has a “right” to use restroom facilities).

These California policies don’t help children, they hurt children. But it seems as if perverted groomers are running California now.
