J6er Jake Lang Beat Up, Isolated
Jan. 6 protester Jake Lang has been in jail for over three years without even a trial, let alone a conviction. Now he is reportedly being actively abused, possibly due to his outspoken denunciation of the horrific unconstitutional violations inflicted on Jan. 6 prisoners.
Jake previously told me about the abusive prison conditions, the denial not only of rights but even of basic necessities, imposed on him and other Jan. 6 prisoners, conditions confirmed by other prisoners and congressional investigating. Murderers and sexual criminals are released onto America’s streets every day, and more criminals are welcomed into America through Biden border programs constantly. But Trump supporters tricked into entering the Capitol and subjected to police brutality on Jan. 6, 2021, are treated worse than terrorists.
Lang’s Twitter/X posted an update April 29:
‘Jake was just released from doing two weeks in solitary last Monday, which were the worst conditions he has EVER been in, and then on Thursday, only 3 days after being released from the hole, 15 guards roughed him up, ripped him from his cell AND THREW HIM BACK IN SOLITARY.
It is unbelievably obvious that they are torturing him in an effort to completely silence him with their hope he will fade away into the prison system and eventually be forgotten about.
THANKFULLY, Jake has the TOUGHEST warrior by his side, and that is his father, Ned Lang. Over the weekend Ned stood outside in protest over the disgusting and ILLEGAL torture of his son.’
The post continued by citing legal protections against the very abuse Jake has experienced in New York, where he is imprisoned. “In 2021, after nearly a decade of advocacy efforts, New York state lawmakers passed Correctional Law § 137, better known as the HALT Solitary Confinement Act. HALT limits solitary confinement to 15 consecutive days or 20 days within a 60-day period. If a person’s punitive sentence exceeds 15 days, the person must be transferred to a Residential Rehabilitation Unit (RRU), which is supposed to provide more out-of-cell time and group programs.”
Lang requested calls to the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center [(718) 840-4200] to ask for justice for him. It is so disturbing and terrifying that such government crimes are occurring in the United States of America, once the freest country on earth.
I just thank God every day that I am still moving about freely where I live....I know this could end on a moment's notice for no apparent rhyme or reason....God bless Jake Lang....I hope he has the Lord to lean on....if Trump doesn't get elected, he'll probably be killed in prison along with his fellow J6 detainees
Dear Almighty Heavenly Father, Please hold and comfort in your Holy Hands Jake Lang and every January 6 POLITICAL Prisoner. Please release them all from their prisons and give them back their freedom and Your Peace. We know that you always keep Your promises and You promise us that vengeance belongs to You. Please rain down your Vengeance and Your Justice which are perfect, as soon as possible, to the evil monsters who have persecuted and still do, every January 6 POLITICAL Prisoner.
