For the Constitution’s Sake, Trump Must Defy Activist Judges

If the next four years are not going to propel us farther down the path toward national suicide, if we are not to experience rule by a thousand gavels, the Trump administration must start defying the leftist judges demanding he violate the Constitution and deepen our crushing debt.

These judges don’t care a snap of the fingers about the law, but they do care about their status (a sort of judicial aristocracy mentality). Impeachment must follow their blatantly biased rulings. Right now, by complying with the rulings, the Trump administration is sending a dangerous message that as long as a radical leftist wears black robes and pounds a gavel, he can order the most powerful government in the world to do whatever he wants—no matter how harmful to the citizenry.

For over a century, Democrats have brazenly violated laws left, right, and center while Republicans meekly submit to tyranny and justify it by claiming they are setting a precedent for Democrats to follow. Dems never do follow it, of course; not since the first Democrat president Andrew Jackson have they followed laws when it interfered with their plans, a precedent which continued up through the Biden administration. Why can’t Republicans be just as defiant in the situation where judges are trying to force us unlawfully to fund and continue unconstitutional programs? Defending law and order actually demands impeaching these judges and rejecting their preposterous rulings.
