Desperate Dems Ponder Legislation to Boot Trump Off Ballots

The Democrats have always been the anti-Constitutional party, but they are becoming especially blatant and egregious this election season, particularly following Monday’s Supreme Court ruling halting the Democrat plan to kick Trump off ballots.

I have previously explained how the 14th Amendment (aimed at keeping Confederate traitors from office) does not disqualify Donald Trump, who is not an insurrectionist; not to mention Congress must disqualify a person from federal office, rather than state courts or officials doing so. In a unanimous ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against Colorado Democrats and for Trump in this matter.

Trump will remain on state ballots, a result which has Democrats in hysterical rage. How dare the Court not ignore the Constitution to help Dems rig the 2024 election?! What does SCOTUS think we live in, a democratic republic?? Don’t they know Democrats have determined we must be an oligarchy with our leaders pre-selected by our enlightened overlords?

Leftists, do not fear—Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is here. From Axios:

“Raskin, a former member of the Jan. 6 select committee, said he is already crafting the bill, telling Axios, ‘I'm working on it — today.’

Raskin pointed to legislation he introduced with Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) in 2022 creating a pathway for the Justice Department to sue to keep candidates off the ballot under the 14th Amendment.

‘We are going to revise it in light of the Supreme Court's decision,’ Raskin said.

Raskin suggested the bill would be paired with a resolution declaring Jan. 6 an ‘insurrection’ and that those involved ‘engaged in insurrection.’”

The Democrats continue to perpetuate the insurrection lie because they are so desperate to ensure that no honest election can occur in America again. As lawyer and former Trump official Jeff Clark commented, “That didn’t take long. At some level, you have to admire that Marxists like Raskin never give up. The Republican Party ranks are very thin on members this persistent.”

If the Republican Party were half as dedicated and determined to preserve the Constitution as the Democrats are to destroy it, we could be sure that the Democrats would not succeed in stealing the 2024 election. As it is, at least the Supreme Court decision gives us hope. We must pray that more officials and judges do the right thing and prevent the Democrats’ shameless election rigging and election fraud this year.
